The reference is designed to rate delivery costs by zones. Zones are set in the reference Zones.

The cost of delivery can be charged depending on the number of shipments and urgency mode using the Quantity from and Urgency tables at the top of the window.

The cost of delivery depends on the following parameters:

  • number of shipments. To add a row to the table Quantity from, press F3 or select the context menu item Add.;
  • urgency mode in the rate table;
  • delivery zone. The table shows all zones specified in the Zones reference;
  • shipment weight.

To establish the dependence of the cost of delivery on the weight of the shipment:

  1. In the rate table create a line with the weight limit, for example up to 1 kg. In the line you can prescribe the delivery cost of shipment, which weight:
    • does not exceed the value set in the Weight column - set the checkbox in the column To and the value 0 in the column Every. For example, in the picture above for shipment with a weight from 1 to 2 kg the delivery sum for zone 1 will be 3 dollars at the urgency mode Economy;
    • is equal to or exceeds the value set in the Weight column - set the billing step in the column Every, uncheck the box To. For example, in the picture above, if the weight exceeds 4 kg for every 1 kg delivery amount for zone 1 increases by 50 cents in the urgency mode Economy.
  2. Create the desired number of Weight lines and set the weight limits and excess step.
  3. For each line, specify the rate for the different urgency modes.

For example, in the picture above with the urgency mode Economy and the number of shipments in the order of up to 9 items for zone 2 delivery cost is as follows:

  • up to 0.5 kg - 1.5 dollars;
  • for weight from 0.5 to 1 kg - 2 dollars;
  • For a weight of 4 kg and more, the cost increases by 50 cents for every 1 kg.

To copy a general rate into an individual intercity rate (References > Rates), select Copy to Rate from the context menu and select the target rate from the list.

The Block Formula is intended for entering calculations, which cannot be specified in the table and settings. It is used by programmers.
