After selecting a phone number, the application sends a request to the server. The server registers the fact of the call and sends a request to the telephony server [[Integration with telephony|Asterisk]], if connection is set up. The courier is notified that the request is accepted. Then the telephony server calls the courier, then the recipient and connects them.
